VIRTUAL INSTRUMENT
OSCILLOSCOPE
INDIVIDUAL PARTS
3D MODELS
These 3D models were done in Cinema4D and were applied using the low poly method as the models were going to be imported to Unity afterwards.
Software version : R21
The base of the Oscilloscope
The base of the Oscilloscope were done using the primitives object such as cube, cylinder. To create the round edges, i've applied fillet while the screws at the side of the Oscilloscope, i've used knife tool to create the cross cut in the middle.
The probe
This model, i've used primitive objects such as cone and cylinder to create the probe. The images below shown, are a before and after applying shader and materials to the model.
How the probe looks like plugged in, to the Oscilloscope.
TEXTURES
Most textures were done in Unity software such as the text while some were done in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. The image on the right side are some of the textures i've done in Adobe Illustrator.
UI
Created a title screen in Unity as users have a decision to either exit or start their learning journey in exploring the virtual instrument with a given task at the bottom of the title screen.
